Balai Princesa - Puerto Princesa

The outdoor spa area has potential but needs some attention, and the massage experience I had hit the spot. The quirky vibe of the place.

Water pressure for the shower varied a lot, definitely a letdown. The hot water system required constant resetting, and the restaurant setup was odd, particularly being placed in a basement with distracting YouTube advertisements during dinner. Plus, the location isn't walkable to shops or attractions, leaving you relying on scooters for anything off the premises.

The unit we got was big and absolutely perfect with the Jacuzzi.

I had a superior king room included with the Jacuzzi. A hair dryer, a bidet, and dressing gowns were available there. The location was excellent and the free parking was on site. This hotel was in a fairly nice area close enough to Puerto Princesa and airport, restaurant and places😀

The friendly staff made me feel at home.

Upon checking in, I found my room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The shower's water pressure was weak, and getting hot water was a hassle. Dining options were disappointing, as both my visits to the restaurant were interrupted by private events, and the food lacked flavor and variety.

The building is new, the room is reasonably spacious.

Simply no reason to complain, fairly nice stay. Fairly clean brand-new hotel with very kind staff. Wi-Fi and cell available in the family room. A bidet in the bathroom. Favourable, excellent location next to Honda Bay, restaurant and airport, restaurant and places. Also, in walking distance of the City Centre.

Spacious room with a lovely garden view. Really good airport shuttle service! The staff were genuinely great.

Breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

Besides, the location was peaceful for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a city park. The room was perfect and spotless, ideal for 1 night.

This place is in a great spot for checking out nearby cafes and restaurants. It's just a 15-minute walk to downtown, and there are plenty of fantastic meal options around. 🍽️.

This hotel offers spacious rooms with Jacuzzis, and the staff is incredibly professional.

It was just a fine choice for a short interlude in Puerto Princesa with definitely value for money. The staff helped carry my bags upon arrival, a nice touch. Make sure to ask for fresh fish options for meals. They were delicious!

I had a delightful stay here! The green curry was the best I’ve ever tasted, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. Just a heads-up, the hot water system could be temperamental, but it didn't ruin my experience!

I had a very special stay at this place, which had a magnificent setting, was close to the airport, and within walking distance of the City Centre.

The staff were wonderfully hospitable. The massages were quite really good and provided a soothing escape. The breakfast menu felt limited and underwhelming for the price paid.
